Disc Golf Course
UMD has a 9-hole course located at the corner of College Street and Kirby Drive. Hole 1 is located at the North-East corner. Discs are available for rent from our Rental Center - Free for UMD Students/$1 Others.

Disc Golf Guidelines
Object
Have fun and play the course from beginning to end in the fewest throws.
Courtesy
Do not throw until all people are out of range.
Tee Off
Tee throws must be released before the tee sign.
Lie
The spot where the disc lands.
Fairway Throws
Must be made from the lie. A run-up and follow through is permitted.
Putt
Within ten yards of the target a player may not step past the lie when attempting a putt throw.
Completion of Hole
The hole is complete when the disc is in the basket or supported by the chains.
