Make a connection to the unique and powerful features of this region: wind, waves, water and snow. Participation in paddling, surfing and snow kiting provides wonderful ways to experience the Northland in a sustainable manner. These programs are exciting and contribute to the development of lifelong social and physical skills. Students enhance their appreciation of the environment through playing with it. We operate the "Outpost" on the St. Louis River, the ”Boat Shed” on Minnesota Point, and the "Surf Shack" at the mouth of the Lester River to expand our opportunities.
