Whether you're ready to jump right in with a training package or want to consult with a personal trainer before you start, we have options for you.  

Check out our latest updates! We’ve rolled out new package pricing and introduced buddy and small group training options. All morning, mid-afternoon, and weekend personal training sessions are held in our state-of-the-art fitness facility at SpHC33.  Last year, evening sessions were off the table due to sports club activities, but we’ve now opened a small private training space down the hall in SpHC 22A. Evening timeslots are limited after 4 PM, with just one client at a time in this exclusive spot, so snag your session early!

Getting started

Before diving into your personal training journey, it's crucial to connect with your trainer to discuss your goals. That’s why we offer a complimentary fitness consultation to all interested participants. This 30-45 minute session gives your trainer a chance to assess your needs and craft a workout plan tailored just for you. It’s a key step to ensuring a customized training experience. No need to gear up—this is just a sit-down chat. All consultations take place in SpHC 22A. Our Staff.
