Group Fitness

Fall 2021 (September 7-December 9)

Our Fitness classes are for anyone who has an active Recreation Center Membership. All classes are free Fall Semester 2021! No registration is required. Just show up! Participants will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. Classes start September 7 and continue to the end of the semester. Participants of all ability levels are welcome!

Group Exercise

Total Body Conditioning
Cardio, strength and flexibility in this high energy class.
Work up a sweat using a variety of equipment and conditioning techniques.
Tuesdays, Noon-12:50pm
Barre
Try the latest workout craze. A blend of pilates, light weights and mat work. This class will provide a graceful and new way to strengthen and lengthen your entire body.
Thursdays, Noon-12:50pm
No registration needed. Just show up!
Meet: Gold Room, Sports & Health Center Room 96
Cost: FREE!

Yoga

An athletic class that builds strength, stamina and flexibility - a strong physical practice with attention to detail to one’s body and breath.
Wednesdays, 4-5pm
No registration needed. Just show up!
Meet: Gold Room, SpHC 96
Cost: FREE!

Spin

Pedal your way to better fitness in this non-impact cycling class.
Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-7am
Tuesdays, 11am-Noon
No registration needed. Just show up!
Meet: Sports & Health Center Room 33 - Please swipe your membership card at the Recreation Center Welcome Desk before each class.
Cost: FREE!
