Group Fitness

Fall 2021 (September 7-December 9)

Our Fitness classes are for anyone who has an active Recreation Center Membership. All classes are free Fall Semester 2021! No registration is required. Just show up! Participants will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. Classes start September 7 and continue to the end of the semester. Participants of all ability levels are welcome!

Total Body Conditioning

Cardio, strength and flexibility in this high energy class.
Work up a sweat using a variety of equipment and conditioning techniques.
Tuesdays, Noon-12:50pm

Mindful Yoga

This class includes opportunities to engage with grounding techniques, breath
awareness, various postures in seated, standing, and supine positions with a
closing meditation. Throughout the class, participants will be invited to practice
unifying breath with movement to enhance their mind-body connection, notice
somatic sensations, and move at their own pace.
Mondays, 5:00pm-6:00pm
 

Barre

Try the latest workout craze. A blend of pilates, light weights and mat work. This class will provide a graceful and new way to strengthen and lengthen your entire body.
Thursdays, Noon-12:50pm

Flow Yoga

An athletic class that builds strength, stamina and flexibility - a strong physical practice with attention to detail to one’s body and breath.
Wednesdays, 4-5pm

Spin

Pedal your way to better fitness in this non-impact cycling class.
Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-7am
Tuesdays, 11am-Noon
No registration needed. Just show up!

Yoga Burn
(CANCELLED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEMESTER)

Full Disclosure: This is NOT your average yoga class. Yoga Burn combines the
best of fitness in a full-body workout set to awesome music. Designed with a
strategic Yoga warm-up and cool-down, this fast-paced and high-energy class
includes circuits filled with cardio, strength, and resistance band training.
Students of all levels will love this burn.
